WELCOME.

I'm putting something together that I've been sitting with for a while — a guided MoveLab™ experience here in Iceland, running over 6 to 12 weeks for a small group.

This isn't a course you watch from the sidelines. It's a commitment to show up — to move, to explore how your body works, and to build a practice that actually stays with you. We'll work through my Mixed Movement Methods™ together, and while the group creates the energy, the structure is designed to meet each person where they are.

Movement will be the centre of this, but it doesn't live in isolation. How you eat, how you rest, how you regulate — it's all part of the same conversation. That's Integrated Living Arts™.

If you've trained with me before, you know what this means. If you haven't, and something about this speaks to you — even better. I'd love to hear from you either way.
