Conscious Posture I
A mindful practice of exploring alignment, balance, and ease within stillness and everyday positions.
Stand or sit in a comfortable position and begin by bringing attention to the natural structure of the body—feet, pelvis, spine, shoulders, and head. Rather than forcing alignment, gently adjust and sense into how the body organizes itself with minimal effort.
Notice areas of unnecessary tension and allow them to soften. Let the breath move freely, supporting a sense of openness and groundedness at the same time.
This practice develops awareness of habitual holding patterns and encourages a more integrated, efficient, and relaxed relationship with posture in daily life.
