Arm Whips
A fluid, dynamic movement designed to release tension and restore natural elasticity through the arms and upper body.
Stand with feet grounded and knees soft. Allow the arms to hang loosely, then begin to gently swing or “whip” them forward, back, and across the body. Let the movement be led by momentum rather than muscular effort.
Keep the shoulders relaxed and the breath natural, allowing the torso to subtly rotate as the arms move. Gradually explore different directions and ranges of motion, always staying soft and responsive.
This practice helps release built-up tension, improve circulation, and reconnect the body with a sense of ease, rhythm, and flow.
